Here are the 3 drills from the Sept 25th “Improve Your Turn” Clinic that I’ll want you to practice at home!

- Hips to the Wall Drill
- Touch the Wall with Right Hand Drill

Setup in your golf posture with your backside lightly touching a wall and a club along side your right leg. Check with your right hand to see you have the proper secondary tilt by touching your right knee. From your golf setup, maintain your secondary tilt as your turn your hands back to touch the wall. Hold this position for a few seconds and feel your arms extending away from your head.

Hips to the Wall Drill
Setup with your left toe against the wall and check your secondary tilt. From here put your hands behind your back as you turn your body back and then move your hips into the wall while keeping your chest back.

Touch the Wall with Right Hand Drill
Setup with your left foot 1.5-2 feet away from the wall and your left arm out in front of you resting on a club. From here, take your right hand and turn back and through, touching the wall with your right hand as you maintain your secondary tilt.
All three of these drills are FANTASTIC to practice (yes, PRACTICE!) at home! They will really help improve your body motion, which in turn will help improve your swing and make it more repeatable.
